Employment Details:
- Positions Available: Enrolled Nurse
- Locations: Burwood VIC and surrounding suburbs
- Shifts: Flexible shifts, Monday to Friday including Weekends.
- Ready to work on ABN (Australian Business Number)
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Care Delivery — Provide safe, evidence‑based nursing care within scope of practice
- Medication Administration — Administer medications and monitor client responses
- Vital Signs Monitoring — Observe, record, and escalate changes promptly
- Wound Care Support — Perform basic wound care and escalate complex cases
- Activities of Daily Living Support — Assist with mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and continence
- Documentation & Reporting — Maintain accurate progress notes and clinical records
- Infection Prevention — Follow infection control procedures and PPE guidelines
- Communication & Collaboration — Work effectively with clients, families, RNs, and allied health
- Health Monitoring — Identify and escalate changes in physical or mental health
- Emergency Response — Provide first aid/CPR and escalate emergencies appropriately
- Client Advocacy — Promote dignity, rights, and culturally safe care
Qualifications & Requirements
- Current AHPRA Enrolled Nurse Registration
- Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid/CPR
- Experience in disability, aged care, or community care (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to person‑centred care and professional standards
