As a newly created position, you will play a pivotal leadership role in advancing an already established apheresis service, driving excellence in patient care, and leading the unit towards compliance with national standards and FACT accreditation. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, exceptional communication and active listening skills, and a passion for service development, quality improvement, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
