Your new role
In your new role as Assistant Sales Manager at Southside Suzuki, you’ll be responsible for:
- Assisting with day to day leadership of the team
- Promoting a positive culture and leading by example
- Supporting staff where required with queries and sign-offs
- Building sales pipelines to achieve individual targets
- Providing excellence in customer service
Most importantly, you’ll play an important role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers by working closely with your team and other departments.

About you
Your leadership aptitude and sales capability will set you up for success in this role! What we’re seeking is someone who has:
- A keen drive and enthusiasm in a busy sales department
- Professional approach and presentation in a customer service environment
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Computer savviness and an ability to use Microsoft products, CRM platforms
- Possession of a current valid driver’s license is required
