We’re looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Social Media Account Manager to join our growing team at Expose Me Marketing.
This role is perfect for someone who genuinely loves social media, understands content strategy, enjoys working with clients across different industries, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.
You won’t just be “posting content.”
You’ll be managing accounts end-to-end - from strategy and ideas through to execution, coordination, and client communication.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing multiple client social media accounts across a range of industries
- Creating and planning engaging content strategies
- Writing captions and coordinating content scheduling
- Working closely with our content creators and Content Creation Manager
- Attending content shoots with the team (must be able to travel locally)
- Coordinating client requests with internal teams including graphic design, Meta Ads, websites, and marketing
- Ensuring all client deliverables are completed correctly and on time
- Being the main point of responsibility for your assigned accounts
- Bringing forward creative ideas, campaign concepts, promotional opportunities, seasonal content, and event ideas for clients
- Staying on top of trends, platform updates, and opportunities for growth
- Following internal systems and processes to ensure smooth account management
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience in social media marketing or account management
- Strong understanding of social media strategy and content creation
- Highly organised with strong communication skills
- Creative thinker who takes initiative
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities at once
- Someone proactive who enjoys building relationships with clients
- Experience using social media scheduling and management platforms
- Understanding of Meta platforms and social media trends
- A team player who can collaborate across multiple departments
- Must be reliable, accountable, and solutions-focused
- Must be able to attend and travel to content shoots
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in an agency environment
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads
- Copywriting experience
- Experience coordinating creative projects or campaigns
- Confidence being involved in content shoots and creative direction
