Previous medical or health reception experience is not essential; however, it would be advantageous. Experience in a customer service role is preferred.
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. We are happy to work around the successful applicant’s availability, making this an ideal opportunity for parents, or those seeking work-life balance.
Important skills for this role include:
- Excellent people skills and customer service
- Ability to multitask (answering phones, attending to patients, instrument sterilisation, and general reception duties)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
