About the Role
Make a meaningful difference in mental health care as a Clinical Nurse, providing expert support and recovery-focused care across diverse settings. You will guide practice, support teams and help deliver safe, effective outcomes for consumers.
- Deliver comprehensive mental health nursing care and case management
- Support recovery through education, counselling and group work
- Guide and develop nurses through supervision and clinical support
- Build strong partnerships across teams and community services
- Contribute to projects, research, teaching and practice improvement
About You
You are a skilled mental health nurse who brings clinical expertise, leadership and a commitment to recovery-focused care. To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Current nursing registration with NMBA and practising certificate
- Mental health nursing qualification at Graduate Diploma level
- Experience supporting complex mental health care and recovery
- Strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency using clinical systems including CBIS, EPAS or OACIS
