MANAGER
Position: Hospitality Manager
Salary: $85,000 – $90,000 per annum + superannuation

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hospitality Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy hospitality venue. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, managing staff, coordinating functions and ensuring compliance with all relevant hospitality, health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
● Plan, organise and coordinate special functions and al la carte services.
● Direct and oversee reservations, event bookings and drive revenue growth
● Ensure the business complies with liquor and gaming along with all health safety regulations.
● Monitor the quality and presentation of food and services throughout all stages of
preparation and delivery.
● Manage the recruitment, selection, training, performance and supervision of hospitality
staff.
● Develop and maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
● Coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
● Monitor workplace practices and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety
requirements.
● Address customer feedback and operational issues promptly and professionally.
● Assist with staffing, rostering and operational planning to meet business requirements.
Skills & Experience
● Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar supervisory role.(at least a
year)
● Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, customer service and staff management.
● Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
● Ability to manage multiple functions and operational requirements in a fast-paced
environment.
● Knowledge of liquor, food safety and workplace health and safety regulations.
● Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
● Ability to lead and motivate a diverse hospitality team.
