About the role
The Business Support Administrator provides a range of administrative and transactional services to support the effective and efficient delivery of day-to-day business operations.
The role undertakes a variety of generalist administrative tasks, including data entry, processing reimbursements, maintaining training records, and managing business information and documentation. It contributes to the preparation of reports, submissions, and correspondence, and supports the coordination of meetings, workshops, training and events through scheduling, preparation of agendas, and distribution of related materials.
The role also assists with the completion and collation of HR and finance forms, ensuring administrative processes are accurate, timely and consistent with established procedures and guidelines.
About Parks Victoria Gippsland Team
The role sits within the Planning and Coordination Team, within the Gippsland Regional Operations Unit. The Planning and Coordination team provides an array of services that support on-ground operations across Gippsland.
