We require a full time Automotive panel beater and/or spray painter Trainer and assessor to join our team full time.
OCT (RTO-40995) is a privately owned Registered Training Organization. We specialize in delivering nationally recognized Automotive qualifications throughout Queensland.
Duties & responsibilities:
The job role entails servicing apprentices throughout Southeast Queensland. There will be some overnight/multi-night travel within Queensland.
This role requires that you have:
- An automotive qualification as a panel beater and/or spray painter.
- You are required to have completed a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. If you do not have this, we help you enroll and complete this qualification as part of your new career journey.
This position is ideally suited to an individual with the following skills:
- A passion and desire for education and training.
- Competent computer skills (we support you to learn this).
- Current industry experience and knowledge is essential.
- The ability to build relationships with employers, supervisors and apprentices.
- Ensure a high level of quality training is delivered and assessed.
- Ability to both work autonomously and as part of the larger trainer team.
- Ability to travel throughout Queensland.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
