We are seeking a high-energy, strategic, and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and closing deals to drive revenue growth. You will act as the face of the company, building strong, lasting relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business challenges, and presenting our solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Exploration: Research and identify new market trends, emerging niches, and potential corporate clients.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through cold outreach, networking, and leveraging industry connections.
- Pitching & Presentations: Create compelling business proposals and deliver persuasive presentations to C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and new prospects to ensure a high conversion rate and long-term retention.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, handle client objections, and close deals while ensuring alignment with company pricing and profitability goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align strategies and ensure seamless client onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders.
- Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market data, track sales metrics, and use CRM tools (like Salesforce or HubSpot) to manage pipelines.
- Adaptability: Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
