We are currently seeking a talented hairstylist to Manage our Ellenbrook team.
As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of our hairdressing salon. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Hairdressing industry, a proven track record of success, and the ability to lead and inspire a team of professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the salon, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Train, and motivate staff to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive and professional work environment.
- Ensure that the salon meets and exceeds all health and safety standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, techniques, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Certificate III In Hairdressing
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of industry trends, techniques, and best practices.
- Attend managers meetings.
