We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Senior Vinyl Floor Covering Installer to join our FIFO team.
This role involves the installation and finishing of commercial vinyl flooring systems across a variety of project environments. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality flooring outcomes, ensuring all works are completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and industry standards.

Requirements for all applicants:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial vinyl flooring installation.
- Proven experience installing commercial sheet vinyl, safety flooring, and wet area flooring systems.
- Strong capability in floor preparation, including grinding, patching, and the use of levelling compounds.
- Experience with coving, detailing internal and external corners, and hot and cold weld processes.
- Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and calculate material requirements.
- Strong understanding of quality workmanship and industry best practices.
- Commitment to safe work practices and site compliance.
- Ability to work independently and within remote FIFO environments.
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical assessments and random drug and alcohol testing.
- Valid Australian working rights (citizen, resident, or appropriate visa).
