Expressions of Interest – Senior Advisors
The FSRA is the financial services regulator in the UK Overseas Territory of St Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha. The FSRA also supports the St Helena Government in its policy initiatives to expand the financial services industry in St Helena, including the development of St Helena as a location for international company formation.
The FSRA now wishes to appoint one or more individuals to act as Senior Advisor to the FSRA.
For these appointments, we are interested to hear from individuals with the following experience:
(i) Senior management experience in an international TCSP
(ii) Senior management experience in a reputable company registry
(iii) Senior-level experience in a professional services firm, advising on international tax matters and other financial regulatory issues affecting offshore financial centres
We would be particularly pleased to hear from individuals with strong connections and business relationships in the international company formation and corporate services market.
The roles are not based in St Helena and may be performed remotely.
Each role pays a fixed fee of US$ 7000, with an expected time commitment of 14 or 15 days each year.
Successful candidates may be appointed as members of the FSRA under section 3 of the Financial Services Ordinance 2008.
