What you'll be doing
As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you will provide advanced assessment and evidence-based intervention for patients with communication and swallowing disorders across adult and paediatric services. You will also play a key leadership role in supporting service delivery and developing the next generation of clinicians.
- Deliver high level speech pathology assessment and treatment across a broad range of clinical settings
- Provide supervision, mentoring and clinical support to staff and students
- Assist with service coordination, recruitment, policy development and student placements
- Participate in research, education and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes and ensure equitable access to services
