We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Fleet Service Advisor to join our Workshop Support team based at our Qantas Drive facility.
This role is central to ensuring fleet maintenance and defect management activities are coordinated efficiently, accurately, and in line with operational and compliance requirements. Acting as the key link between workshop operations, internal stakeholders, and shared service teams, you will help ensure our fleet remains safe, compliant, and ready for service.
Working closely with Regional Workshop Managers and operational teams, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality fleet support in a fast-paced workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate servicing, repairs, and defect management across the supported workshop region Support workshop planning and ensure readiness for scheduled maintenance activities Validate service, defect, and asset data across fleet systems (e.g. ERP, EROAD, CMMS) to maintain accuracy and integrity.
Manage exceptions and ensure alignment between offshore processing teams and local operational requirements.
Provide timely updates and clear communication to stakeholders on service progress and risks.
Build strong working relationships with workshop teams, suppliers, and internal customers.
Support stakeholders with fleet-related queries and provide practical solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure outstanding services and defects are actively managed and reflect current operational risk.
What you’ll bring
Experience in fleet, maintenance, workshop operations, or a similar environment (preferred)
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to work closely with operational teams
High attention to detail, particularly in data and system accuracy
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced workshop setting
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
Experience working with multiple systems and coordinating across teams
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a continuous improvement mindset
