We are looking for a Console Operator who has experience in working at petrol/service stations. Please only apply if you have experience in working at petrol/service stations.
Will mainly be working night shifts, M-F from 1pm to 8pm and possibly weekends from 12.30pm to 7.30pm. You must be flexible with this.
You will need to be fluent in English with speaking, reading and writing skills. You need to have excellent customer service skills as you will be dealing with customers in person and on the phone.
Duties include serving customers, restocking fridges and shelves, phone enquiries and taking bookings for the workshop, writing invoices for workshop repairs and cleaning throughout the day and at the end of your shift.
You must be able to handle cash and give change correctly and have excellent attention to detail.
