The Collective Network is a growing allied health provider delivering high-quality, person-centred supports to NDIS participants across Melbourne. We are passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their goals and live more independently through innovative, evidence-based therapy services.
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our team. This is a fully mobile, community-based and Telehealth role, providing flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work alongside a supportive Allied Health Assistant (AHA) to deliver exceptional participant outcomes.

About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist with The Collective Network, you will work with NDIS participants across a variety of settings including homes, schools, and community environments.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting Occupational Therapy assessments and functional capacity assessments
- Developing and implementing evidence-based intervention plans
- Prescribing assistive technology and equipment recommendations
- Assessing and recommending home modifications
- Supporting participants to achieve their goals and maximise independence
- Preparing high-quality clinical reports and documentation
- Collaborating with participants, families, support coordinators, educators, and healthcare professionals
- Working alongside and providing guidance to an Allied Health Assistant (AHA) to support therapy implementation
- Monitoring participant progress and reviewing intervention plans as required
- Managing a diverse caseload across children, adolescents, adults, and older adults
About You
You are a compassionate, motivated, and client-focused Occupational Therapist who enjoys working independently while remaining connected to a collaborative team.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desirable Experience
- Experience working within the NDIS
- Experience conducting functional assessments and report writing
- Experience working with children and families
- Community-based Occupational Therapy experience

Pay: $75,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
