We are seeking applicants with industry experience or trade qualification in Mechanical HVAC install and or Sheet Metal duct installation work. Ideally you have supervisory experience or supervisory potential. Those with a desire to elevate, lead and extend themselves will be favourably considered.
The supervisor is responsible for coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management. The goal is to ensure that operations are carried out productively so as to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
