Housekeeping Team Leader – Burleigh Heads
Casual | 10–25 hours per week | Weekend shifts available
We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to join our team in Burleigh Heads, cleaning holiday rental apartments.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work and can also step up and lead when needed.
The role
- Clean and prepare holiday rental apartments to a high standard
- Work independently when required
- Lead and support other housekeeping staff
- Help ensure apartments are guest-ready and presented beautifully
- Communicate with the team and report any maintenance or cleaning issues
- Manage the housekeeping supply room including the management of linen.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has housekeeping or cleaning experience (preferred)
- Has experience leading a team or is confident taking responsibility
- Can work independently and manage their time well
- Has a great eye for detail
- Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
- Is available for weekend shifts when required
