You must be confident handling your own section independently and have solid experience working in a casual fine dining venue. Proven experience in a similar role. Ability to manage a section autonomously and efficiently. Sound knowledge of Italian cuisine and a passion for food & wine. Strong customer service skills and a professional, polished attitude.
Punctuality, reliability, and excellent work ethic – this is not a casual gig.
