MD Car Care is looking for a motivated and reliable Casual Retail & Operations Assistant to join our team.
This is a hands-on role that blends customer service, warehouse operations, and retail management.

Key Responsibilities Your day-to-day tasks will be diverse, keeping you active and engaged. Responsibilities include: Customer Service: Greeting and servicing in-store customers with a friendly and confident attitude.
Communication: Answering phone calls and promptly replying to customer messages , emails and updating social media including videos.
Order Fulfillment: Packing online orders, taping boxes, and preparing shipments.
Stock Management: Filling shelves, organizing inventory, and participating in stocktakes.
Facility Maintenance: Keeping the shopfront and warehouse clean, neat, and presentable.
Bonus Opportunity: Depending on your interest and knack for perfection, there is a strong possibility to get involved in car detailing as well!
What We Are Looking For To be successful in this role, you need to be a true team player who can also crush tasks independently.
Requirements: Physically Fit: Strong ability to safely lift and move stock up to 25kg.
Presentation & Personality: Neat, presentable, enthusiastic, and genuinely friendly.
Reliability: High level of punctuality and a strong work ethic.
Transport: Must possess a reliable car and a valid driver’s license.
Communication Skills: Confident when speaking to customers in person, over the phone, or via email.
Major Advantages (Highly Desirable): Retail Experience: Previous skills or experience working in a retail environment is a big bonus.
Product Knowledge: Prior knowledge of automotive cleaning and polishing products is a huge plus.
Equipment Familiarity: Familiarity with pressure washer fitting sizes, types, and setup/connections is highly regarded.
