Clifford Wallace Agency is a premium hospitality staffing agency specialising in corporate hospitality, executive boardroom service, government events, luxury venues, and large-scale hospitality operations across Sydney.
We are currently seeking an experienced Hospitality Service Manager to lead and support hospitality teams across a diverse portfolio of clients and events.
This hands-on role is responsible for overseeing hospitality operations, supervising staff, maintaining premium service standards, and ensuring exceptional client experiences across all service environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise hospitality teams across corporate, government, venue, and event environments
- Manage on-site hospitality operations including event setup, service execution, and pack-down
- Brief staff on service expectations, roles, and client requirements prior to shifts and events
- Monitor staff performance, presentation, punctuality, and compliance with workplace procedures
- Provide coaching, feedback, and leadership support to hospitality personnel
- Manage staff scheduling, task allocation, breaks, and timesheets during operations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships during events and service operations
- Resolve operational and staffing issues in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure hospitality operations comply with workplace health and safety requirements and Hospitality Industry Award conditions
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in hospitality supervision or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong food and beverage knowledge and premium service standards
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in fast-paced hospitality environments
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Protocol hospitality experience highly regarded
Role Requirements
- Full flexibility across weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Ability to work across multiple client locations throughout Sydney
- Hands-on operational involvement during hospitality events and peak service periods
Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
