We're looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to lead our front-of-house team, drive exceptional service, and help shape a positive, high-performing workplace. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coach, support, and inspire the team while ensuring every guest leaves with a great experience.
About the Role
As our Front of House Manager, you'll be responsible for leading daily service, maintaining high operational standards, and developing a team that delivers the JIMMY'S experience every day.
You'll work closely with our management team to build a positive culture, coach our people, and ensure the restaurant operates smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
Full Time / Casual flexibility available for the role depending on the applicant.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading and managing our Front of House team throughout service
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences every shift
- Training, coaching and developing team members
- Maintaining high standards of hospitality, cleanliness and presentation
- Leading by example with a positive attitude and calm approach
- Supporting rostering, daily operations and service execution
- Creating a fun, supportive and high-performing team culture
- Helping drive continuous improvement across the restaurant
About You
You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality and takes pride in creating an environment where both guests and team members have a great experience.
You'll have:
- Previous experience in a Front of House Manager, Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager or Supvervisor role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for genuine hospitality and outstanding customer service
- Confidence in coaching, training and developing people
- A positive attitude with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and high personal standards
- A hands-on leadership style—you lead from the floor, not the office
- Availability to work a full time roster including evenings and weekends
