MedHireHub is recruiting an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join a growing disability services organisation in Sydney.
This is an exciting opportunity to support NDIS participants by developing Positive Behaviour Support Plans and improving quality of life through evidence-based practice.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments
- Develop Positive Behaviour Support Plans
- Support participants with behaviours of concern
- Coach families and support workers
- Maintain clinical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
About You
- Behaviour Support Practitioner experience
- Understanding of Positive Behaviour Support
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for improving participant outcomes
