Female Cleaner / Disability Support Worker
Location: Northern Suburbs of Mlebourne, VIC
Hours: 10–20 hours per week
Pay Rate: $35–$42 per hour (depending on experience)
About the Role
uCare iCare is seeking qualified female Cleaners / Disability Support Workers to provide individual support and cleaning services to our NDIS participants in their family homes. The participants do not have behaviours of concern. Your role will focus on cleaning and personal care, following an established schedule.

Requirements
- Genuine compassion for NDIS participants
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability Support, Aged Care, or Ageing Support
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the disability or aged care sector
- Current driver’s licence and passport/visa
- Current First Aid Certificate (including CPR)
- Relevant professional reference checks
- Manual handling training
