About the Role
A fast-paced, high-impact role at the centre of our service delivery.
You will coordinate rosters and workforce planning for our NDIS participants and support staff across the Hunter region, ensuring the right person is in the right place at the right time.
You will join a tight-knit, experienced Rosters Team, solving problems on the fly to keep a complex operation running smoothly.
- High-volume roster coordination for community and accommodation clients.
- Ensure roster practices comply with award requirements.

Meet staffing targets and fill shift vacancies efficiently.

Process timesheets, leave requests, and overtime.

Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain service coverage.

Participate in rotating on-call roster.
Criteria

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Ability to multitask under pressure.

High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Roster coordination experience, ideally in Community Services.

Knowledge of the SCHADS Award.

NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.

Driver Licence.
