Rizin's is a fast-growing halal smash burger brand on a simple mission: great food everyone can afford, on every corner. We've grown from one store to four (with a fifth on the way) because our customers keep coming back — and now we're building the team to take Rizin's from a local favourite to a name people know everywhere.
We're looking for a Social Media Content Creator who lives and breathes short-form video and knows exactly what makes people stop scrolling. You'll own our Instagram and TikTok, turning everyday burger moments into content people actually want to watch and share.
If you're the friend who spots the trending sound before it blows up, this one's for you.
Important: We don't care about degrees or formal qualifications. We care about what you can create. To apply, you'll need to show us content you've made — your own page, past work, a side project, anything that proves you can do it.
What you'll do
- Create scroll-stopping content for Instagram, TikTok and beyond — filming, editing and posting
- Jump on trends fast and make them work for Rizin's
- Grow our following and turn viewers into customers who walk through the door
- Collaborate with local food creators and influencers
- Bring your own ideas — we want your voice, not just your hands
- Track what's working and double down on it
What we're looking for
- You can shoot AND edit video — both are a must. You know how to frame and film a great-looking shot, and you can edit it into something fabulous. Clean cuts, great pacing, on-trend edits — content people can't scroll past.
- A portfolio or samples of content you've created (required)
- A genuine understanding of short-form video and social culture
- A self-starter who brings ideas and runs with them
- Reliable, organised, and able to meet deadlines
- Based in or near South-East Melbourne (you'll film in-store)
Nice to have (not required)
- Experience with a food or hospitality brand
- Basic graphic design (Canva-level is fine)
- Food photography skills
- Your own following or online community
