WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Professional Fundraiser, you'll represent leading Australian charities at events and street locations across Sydney. Your role is to engage members of the public in real, meaningful conversations — inspiring them to make an ongoing monthly commitment that funds life-changing programs for people who need it most.
This isn't a transactional sales role. You're not pushing a product — you're changing how someone chooses to show up in the world. That takes empathy, passion and skill, and we'll help you develop all three.

Every donor you sign up provides a charity with reliable, long-term income — the kind that allows them to plan, invest and deliver real outcomes. As a Redgum fundraiser, you're not just hitting targets. WHAT WE OFFER
- $32.50–$40.00 per hour plus unlimited performance bonuses — your earnings are genuinely in your hands
- A transparent, merit-based promotion pathway:
◦ 0–3 months: Fundraiser — master your craft and hit your stride
◦ 3–6 months: Senior Fundraiser / Team Leader — lead a team and grow your bonuses
◦ 6–12 months: Campaign Manager — oversee programs and develop your own people
◦ 12+ months: Office or Regional Manager — opportunities across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region
