About the role:
Join our team at Pindara Private Hospital as an Enrolled Nurse in night duty position available for a busy Neurosurgery, Surgical/Medical Unit. The role on offer is for a permanent part-time position.
The Enrolled Nurse works as a member of the clinical team under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, whilst enhancing and providing high-quality care to all patients and clients who access health services, with the provision of clinical and professional support to other members of the multidisciplinary team.
About You:

Registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia as an Enrolled Nurse (without a notation)
-
Minimum 2 years acute experience.

Current IV endorsement (or equivalent competency) for intravenous medication administration.

Successfully completed EN medication administration education
-
Understanding of scope of practice in line with relevant legislation
-
Knowledge and ability to competently apply current nursing theory to provide holistic nursing care
-
Ability to make sound decisions and accept responsibility for own practice

Effective communication and interpersonal skills
-
Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
-
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required

Available for 7-day rotating roster.
Desirable:

Successful completion of IV medication administration education
-
Experience working in a health service industry
-
Sound Computer literacy
