Occupational Therapist – Casual / Contractor or Arrangements available

About Us
ChelleCare Occupational Therapy is a locally owned practice based in West Busselton, supporting clients across the South West. We provide person-centred, evidence-based services across NDIS, DVA, Home Care Packages and private referrals, working with clients from children through to older adults.
We support many clients in Bunbury, travelling from our Busselton base, and we're looking for an OT to further anchor a local presence.
The Role
You'll carry your own caseload in the Bunbury area, with genuine flexibility to work in the community, from home, or from our office. Casual or contractor arrangement to start, with scope to grow as the local caseload develops.
You'll support a diverse caseload, and you'll be supported to continually learn and grow into any areas and presentations that you wish to explore.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs) and comprehensive clinical reporting.
- Develop and implement capacity-building therapy plans tailored to individual goals.
- Complete assistive technology and equipment assessments.
- Undertake home environment assessments and recommend minor home modifications.
- Maintain high-quality, professional documentation including progress reports and recommendations.
- Deliver compassionate, client-centred, and evidence-based care.
What We’re Looking For
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience or interest in community-based therapy, mental health, aged care, or neurodiversity.
- Strong interpersonal, organisational, and clinical reasoning skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- Based in or around Bunbury, or happy to travel in

Pay: $55.00 – $70.00 per hour
