What you'll be doing
As a Bar/FOH All Rounder, you'll be a key part of the guest experience, moving confidently between the bar, floor and front-of-house as the shift demands.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- delivering friendly, attentive and engaging customer service across the bar and floor
- making cocktails, pouring beers and preparing coffee to a high standard
- Taking orders on POS system, running food, clearing tables.
- providing TAB/Keno service to guests where required
- setting up, cleaning and resetting the bar and venue throughout service
- stocking and restocking shelves, fridges and the bar area
- working efficiently and staying calm during fast-paced, high-volume periods
- pitching in wherever needed and supporting the wider team
- upholding responsible service of alcohol (RSA) standards at all times
What we're looking for
- Full working rights essential (role is Adelaide-based)
- Current RSA certification (essential)
- Current TAB & Keno certification (desirable)
- Current RSG & RP certification (desirable)
- Friendly, personable and engaging with a genuine passion for guest experience
- Can-do attitude, fast-paced, and able to demonstrate initiative
- Hard-working, reliable, team player, takes direction well.
- Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends
- Prior experience in a bar or front-of-house hospitality (essential)
Pay: $26.44 – $45.09 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
