The Role
We have a Full Time Concierge Manager position at OUR Macquarie Centre SITE.
As the Concierge Manager, you will introduce people to the exciting world of THE Macquarie Centre. You will be turning curious visitors into loyal customers whilst supervising and leading a team dedicated to providing outstanding retail customer service. You will be part of the Assetlink team with a key focus on developing a high-performing customer service team, whilst efficiently managing all day-to-day Concierge operations, including but not limited to; delivery service training, driving in-centre service standards and many other day-to-day operational requirements.

Role Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Impeccable grooming and presentation
- Previous proven experience working within a similar role
- You are a team leader, hands-on operator with the ability to anticipate the needs of guests and your team, exceeding satisfaction levels
- Ability to conduct regular floor walks around the centre to ensure it always presents as per expected standards and reporting requirements
- Responsible for leading, mentoring and developing a team
- You have an ‘eye for detail’ that can deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Conduct team meetings and regular catch-ups with direct reports
- Ability to handle complaints and resolve in a calm manner
- Be comfortable managing sensitive conversations with our guests, staff and retailers
- Build and manage strong relationships with VIPs and retailers.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to follow instructions, systems, procedures and processes
- Good computer literacy in software such as the Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable and hard-working attitude
- Positive attitude, integrity and ethical behaviour
- Must have valid work rights in Australia
