About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Multi-Quote Operations Manager to lead Gallagher’s Multi-Quote solution, ensuring operational stability, quality, and continuous improvement. This role will evolve to include other emerging operational products and automation initiatives across the business.
Sitting at the intersection of operations, technology, and broking, this role requires a deep understanding of broking processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to act as the single point of accountability for product performance.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Management: Monitor daily transactions and system performance, resolving issues promptly and identifying improvement opportunities.

Product Governance: Establish governance frameworks, assess product changes for operational and compliance impacts, and manage prioritisation mechanisms.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure system stability and quality. Act as the primary contact for Multi-Quote.

Training and Documentation: Develop and maintain operational documentation and share knowledge to maximise solution utilisation.

System Enhancements: Manage enhancement requests, prioritise improvements, and oversee testing and quality assurance for updates.

Data Analysis and reporting: Track product performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.

Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality outputs, monitor issues, and mitigate operational risks.
Note: This role may require occasional travel across Gallagher offices. Flexible working arrangements may be available, subject to agreement with the Manager.
