Your Role:
As a Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for translating business needs into practical solutions that deliver value across the Bank. You'll work across multiple projects, facilitating requirements gathering, analysing business processes, supporting system implementations and ensuring solutions are delivered successfully from concept through to implementation.

Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements.

Facilitate workshops, interviews and stakeholder meetings to understand business needs.

Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria and other project documentation.

Work collaboratively with Product Owners to manage and prioritise project backlogs.

Identify opportunities to improve business processes and recommend practical solutions.

Support Agile delivery through sprint planning, backlog refinement and ongoing collaboration with project teams.

Liaise with external vendors to support system implementations, enhancements and integrations.

Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution and issue resolution.

Monitor project risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where required.

Provide regular project updates and reporting to stakeholders and the PMO.
About You
You'll be a proactive and collaborative Business Analyst who enjoys solving problems, building relationships and delivering practical business solutions. To be successful, you'll bring:

Previous experience as a Business Analyst within the banking or financial services industry.

A minimum of three years' experience in a similar Business Analyst role.

Strong experience gathering, documenting and analysing business requirements.

Demonstrated experience working within Agile delivery environments, including Scrum and Kanban.

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively across business and technology teams.

Experience supporting business process improvement initiatives.

Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written documentation and communication skills.

Experience with Jira and Microsoft 365 applications. Exposure to Power BI, Power Apps or Microsoft Project will be highly regarded.

Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
