This role is within our Finance Team and will process fortnightly payrolls and all payroll related matters, maintain accuracy and integrity of payroll system data, and assist staff and management with all payroll related queries. In addition, this role supports Accounts Receivable and is back up for Accounts Payable.
This role is Permanent Part time, commencing with 3 days per week (45.6 hours per fortnight). The specific days and hours are negotiable. There is potential that the hours for this role will increase, dependent on organisational demands.
This role will commence as working on site in the Atherton office and following the initial period, will transition to a working from home arrangement.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing end to end payroll for Better Together staff and Shared services clients.
- Monthly wages reconciliations.
- Calculating annual leave, staff entitlements as required.
- Interpretation and application of awards including the SCHADS Award.
- Use of MYOB and Xero for payroll.
- Back up for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
