We are seeking a motivated ICT Business Analyst to work closely with management and operational teams to identify business needs, analyse processes and support the implementation of technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business operations and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Gather, document and validate business and functional requirements
- Prepare business process maps and workflow documentation
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external software vendors
- Assist in planning and implementing ICT-related projects
- Support development and enhancement of business systems
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system implementation activities
- Analyse operational data to improve reporting and decision-making
- Develop user documentation, procedures and training materials
- Monitor implemented solutions and recommend ongoing improvements
- Assist in integrating business systems and digital platforms across the organisation
- Support management with business intelligence and reporting initiatives
Skills & ExperienceEssential
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Information Systems or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong documentation and organisational skills
Desirable
- Previous experience as an ICT Business Analyst or similar role
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Excel and Power BI
- Experience with CRM, ERP or workforce management systems
- Exposure to business process improvement or digital transformation projects
- Experience supporting system implementation projects
