The Senior Product Manager - Lending role at Constantinople is a senior product leadership position focused on building and improving lending products for Australian banks using the company's AI-native banking platform.
Key responsibilities
Define the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for the lending domain.
Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, product design, and solution engineering.
Research customer needs, competitors, and market trends to guide product decisions.
Define and track product metrics, using data to improve lending experiences.
Coordinate with stakeholders across engineering, operations, compliance, and business teams.
Champion the product internally and externally while helping grow the product management function.
Required experience
Product management experience with regulated lending products in Australia, or strong B2B/SaaS product management experience.
Experience with iterative, hypothesis-driven product development.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and solve ambiguous problems.
Experience turning strategic ideas into successful products.
