Our Area Managers role provides ambitious, self-motivated individuals with an opportunity to develop within a fast moving industry.
The Area Managers role is suitable for organised, highly professional individuals who have the ability to gain a full understanding of our companies philosophies and put it into practise within your region.
The role requires the ability to cover many different aspects including:
- Staff recruitment & Training
- Delivering and overseeing sports programs for children aged 3 - 12 years old
- Customer service
- B2B sales within select region
- Marketing
- Managing a team of sports coaches
- Managing your own day/week to ensure all KPI’s and Targets are met
The salary is made up of a combination of a base salary plus an attractive commission structure.
Please note the role involves admin based work from home, on the road organisation and an expectation to lead coaching sessions at schools 5 afternoons a week.
