We are currently hiring an Investor Relations & Sustainability Coordinator based out of our Bond St, Sydney office.
Reporting to the General Manager of Investor Relations & Sustainability, this role will see you support effective engagement with investors and stakeholders by coordinating high-quality administration, communications, events and reporting across Investor Relations and Sustainability. It’s a hands on, admin-heavy, execution focused role where accuracy, judgement and follow through really matter. If you enjoy structured delivery, calendars, documents, approvals, and take pride in getting the fundamentals right, you’ll thrive here.
Provide hands on executive and administrative support to the GM, including diary, inbox, travel, expenses and meeting coordination
Coordinate investor meetings, briefings and reporting cycles, ensuring papers, minutes and materials are accurate and on time
