In this role, you'll:
- Coordinate end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, and contract management
- Develop and review sourcing strategies, RFx documentation, and evaluation plans
- Provide procurement advice and guidance to stakeholders and junior team members
- Support the delivery of procurement projects across multiple business areas or portfolios
- Monitor procurement performance, including spend analysis, supplier performance, and contract compliance
- Identify and manage procurement risks in line with NSW Government frameworks
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and uplift procurement capability
This role is based out of the Goods and Services Procurement Hub in Macquarie Park. Multiple roles are available. Flexible and hybrid working arrangements are supported.

About you
You are a capable and collaborative procurement professional who thrives in a complex environment and enjoys working across a variety of projects and stakeholders.
You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and provide sound advice
- Solid understanding of procurement processes, governance, and risk management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience in market analysis and spend insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing procurement documentation
Highly regarded:
- Experience working within NSW Government procurement framework
