We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Sales Consultant to join our growing home interiors business specialising in area rugs, flooring, and window coverings.
About the Role
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and driving sales in a showroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product advice
- Sell rugs, flooring, and window furnishing products
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up leads
- Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team success
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years retail sales experience, OR
- Minimum 2 years experience in furniture, flooring, or window coverings industry
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday or Sunday essential)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
- Confident, motivated, and sales-driven attitude
