Your opportunity:
Contribute to patient centred care and improve the patient journey for Post Acute (RISE) clients by providing multidisciplinary Clinical Assistant services as part of the Integrated Care team.
Contribute to the care of clients by providing advanced clinical support tasks as delegated under the direct or indirect supervision of an Allied Health Professional.
To supervise and coordinate allied health assistants working within Integrated Care Services.

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $92,813 p.a., comprising salary between $76,076 - $81,346 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (CA4) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
