Motto Motto Japanese Kitchen Harbour Town is a modern Japanese restaurant, serving primarily ramen, curry, donburi and Japanese comfort food in a relaxed, quick-service setting. We’re looking for friendly and reliable team members to join our store in Harbour Town Premium Outlets.
As a Team Member / All-Rounder, you will work across both front of house and back of house to help deliver comfort food to your Customers and create a smooth guest experience.
What you’ll do
– Greet guests and take orders with a warm, positive attitude
– Serve food and drinks and assist guests during their visit
– Help with food preparation and plating to Motto Motto standards
– Keep the dining, service and kitchen areas clean and organised
– Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
– Work as part of a team in a busy, fast-paced environment
What we’re looking for
– Positive attitude and willingness to learn
– Reliable, punctual and able to work under pressure
– Good communication and teamwork skills
– Flexible to work weekdays, nights and weekends as required
– Hospitality experience is an advantage, but not required – training provided
