Our Central Coast office is based in Erina, with team members currently mixing their time between the office, home and community visits. Your caseload will be arranged to be geographically practical and aligned with your preferred working area.
About the Role
This is a full-time permanent NDIS Occupational Therapist position. Part time candiates may be considered if available for more then 20 hours per week.
As an experienced NDIS Occupational Therapist, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care through home, community and clinic-based therapy. You will manage a full-time NDIS caseload and support participants to improve independence, safety, participation and quality of life.
This role is suited to a clinician who enjoys working with NDIS participants and wants to further specialise in disability practice. You will have the flexibility to build a caseload that suits your interests and strengths. This may include providing home visits and working with participants in the community, or delivering rehabilitation and capacity-building therapy from our Erina clinic and gym space.
You will have the opportunity to work across a range of meaningful NDIS clinical areas, including:
- Functional Capacity Assessments
- Assistive technology prescription
- Home modification recommendations
- SIL, SDA and ILO assessments
- Therapy programs focused on independence and capacity building
- Clinic and gym-based rehabilitation programs
- Community-based therapy and home visits
- Complex disability presentations
- Stakeholder communication with families, support coordinators and care teams

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full-time NDIS caseload
- Conduct comprehensive functional assessments in participants’ homes, community settings or clinic environments
- Complete high-quality Functional Capacity Assessments and clinical reports
- Prescribe assistive technology and provide home modification recommendations
- Deliver therapy and capacity-building interventions in the home, community or clinic setting
- Provide rehabilitation and functional therapy programs from our Erina clinic and gym space where clinically appropriate
- Liaise with families, support coordinators, plan managers and other health professionals
- Provide practical, goal-focused recommendations that support participant independence
- Complete clear and timely clinical documentation
- Work within your scope of practice, with structured support for complex cases
About You
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist who:
- Has a genuine interest in working with NDIS participants
- Enjoys community-based practice, clinic-based rehabilitation, or a mix of both
- Is confident managing a caseload and working independently
- Has strong communication and report-writing skills
- Values collaboration with participants, families and support teams
- Wants to develop further expertise in disability, assistive technology, home modifications and functional assessment
- Is looking for a long-term role with strong mentoring, career progression and earning potential
Experience in NDIS work is highly valued. However, we are also open to experienced clinicians from other relevant clinical backgrounds who are motivated to transition into the NDIS space with structured support.
