About the Role
Join our Mental Health team as a Nurse Educator and help shape the future of nursing practice through education, training and clinical support. You will build staff capability, lead learning initiatives and promote safe, recovery focused care across services.
- Deliver education, training and learning support
- Develop resources and clinical learning programs
- Support nurses and guide professional development
- Lead projects and improve education outcomes
- Promote safe practice and positive team culture
- Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams
About You
You are an experienced mental health nurse and passionate educator who inspires learning, supports staff growth and promotes high quality recovery focused care.
- AHPRA registration with mental health nursing qualification
- Develop and deliver engaging education programs
- Lead practice improvement and support staff capability
- Work collaboratively across multidisciplinary services
- Use clinical and education systems confidently
