About the Role:
We are seeking a Data & AI Consultant to join a growing consulting team focused on helping organisations unlock value through data-driven decision making, artificial intelligence and digital transformation initiatives.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to identify opportunities to leverage data and AI technologies, design scalable solutions and deliver strategic transformation programs across a range of industries.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional data designs and models that optimise value.
- Build and maintain scalable, efficient, and best-practice data pipelines, ETLs, and transformations using Azure, Snowflake, AWS or Oracle.
- Develop visual reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight or Oracle Analytics Cloud.
- Implement machine learning and AI models, including predictive analytics, supervised/ unsupervised learning and econometrics.
- Support business development initiatives, including proposal development and RFPs.
- Collaborate with clients to define AI-driven solutions that provide tangible business value.

You are a commercially minded consultant with strong technical capability across data and emerging AI technologies. You enjoy solving complex business problems, working directly with stakeholders and translating technical concepts into practical business solutions.
You thrive in dynamic consulting environments, enjoy leading transformation initiatives and are passionate about helping organisations embrace innovation through data and artificial intelligence.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in Data, AI or Analytics consulting, ideally within a professional services or technology firm.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts, predictive analytics and intelligent automation technologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs or emerging AI technologies.
- Exposure to data governance, data quality frameworks or enterprise data strategy development.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Databricks, Snowflake or modern analytics platforms.
- Certifications in cloud platforms, data engineering, AI or project delivery methodologies.
