Elysium Jewellers is a family-owned jewellery store dedicated to helping our customers celebrate life's most meaningful moments. We specialise in fine jewellery, engagement rings, custom designs, repairs, and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our Busselton team.
About the Role:
As a Jewellery Sales Consultant, you will be the face of Elysium Jewellers, providing an outstanding customer experience while assisting clients in selecting jewellery for special occasions and everyday wear. You will build lasting relationships with customers and help them find pieces they will treasure for years to come.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences
- Assist customers with jewellery, engagement rings, wedding bands, gifts, and custom design enquiries
- Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale system
- Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising standards
- Manage stock presentation, replenishment, and inventory control
- Assist with, special orders, and customer follow-up communications
- Ensure the store is presented to the highest standard at all times
- Support daily store operations including opening and closing procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales ability and confidence engaging with customers
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Basic computer and point-of-sale system experience
Experience in jewellery is welcome but not essential as training will be provided.
