As this person you will be joining the Midwifery at Home and Midwifery Caseload Practice teams within Women's & Newborn Health at Westmead.
This rewarding role sits at the heart of a highly respected maternity service, supporting the delivery of safe, coordinated and patient-centred care for women and their families. Working alongside midwives, clinicians and multidisciplinary teams, you'll contribute to positive health outcomes through exceptional administrative support.

What you'll be doing
As the Administration Officer, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Midwifery at Home and Caseload teams under the direction of the Midwifery Unit Manager. Your work will help ensure seamless coordination of postnatal care, accurate record management and efficient day-to-day service delivery.
Your role will also involve:
Providing reception services, responding to telephone and face-to-face enquiries from patients, staff and visitors.
Coordinating appointments, maintain patient records and support reporting requirements across maternity services.
Assisting midwives with administrative processes, scheduling and data management activities.
Liaising with internal departments and external services to ensure timely access to records, interpreters and information.
Supporting operational activities including stock management, office equipment coordination and general administrative duties.
