The Opportunity
You will be the key in driving our business growth for our services in the Cairns region at an exciting time where we are experiencing rapid growth. This frontline role is focused on generating new business and managing customer accounts, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building, customer retention, and growth
Your key responsibilities will include:
Driving the continued growth of our Service Division through new business development, account management, and the expansion of our OEM and end-user customer base.
Generating and negotiating new income streams to an agreed annual target
Identifying and proposing new service/product/business opportunities
Actively and successfully managing all new business sales processes - end to end.
Maintaining and growing existing sales further
This role offers loads of variety and the opportunity to build strong, trusted relationships in a thriving industry.
The Person
If you’re someone with a sales background in the mechanical, industrial or automotive industry, or someone who thrives on sales and bringing in new business opportunities then this role could be for you! Effective sales and negotiation skills will be imperative in this role!
Ideally you will be an existing Sales Manager with similar experience in a service-based industry with hydraulic hose and fittings knowledge!
To succeed in this role you will need:
Sales Experience (Mandatory)
Exposure to Hose and Fittings OR Similar Industry Experience
Experience in using a CRM system
Solid Client management experience with a commercial focus
Ability to actively drive growth and find opportunities
A high level of interpersonal and relationship building skills
To be results focused with a high level of initiative
