Happy Cleaning Co is looking for one experienced residential cleaner to join our growing team.
We’re a local residential cleaning company providing a high standard of service to regular weekly and fortnightly clients throughout the Macarthur area.
We’re particular about who joins our team.
Our cleaners are trusted in our clients’ homes week after week, so we’re looking for someone who genuinely takes pride in their work, notices the details and understands the importance of being reliable, professional and personable.
THE ROLE
You’ll work with a regular schedule of residential clients, helping maintain their homes to the Happy Cleaning Co standard.
This isn’t high-volume, rushed cleaning. We care about doing things properly, building relationships with our clients and providing a consistently high-quality service.
WHAT WE OFFER
- $34.00 per hour + 12% super
- $1.01/km paid for travel between jobs
- Approximately 12–24 hours per week
- Monday–Friday daytime work from 9:00am
- Thursday and Friday availability is essential
- No evenings or weekends
- Regular weekly and fortnightly clients

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
- Has recent professional residential cleaning experience
- Can provide a recent, contactable professional cleaning reference
- Has high standards and excellent attention to detail
- Is reliable, punctual and organised
- Communicates confidently and professionally
- Is comfortable working independently
- Takes pride in how they present themselves and their work
- Has a current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Is available during school holidays
- Holds, or is willing to obtain, a National Police Check
